What’s all this buzz about The Underwood Tower in Calgary? Great question! The Underwood Tower is the newest Luxury Apartment Building that is available to rent now and move into on July 1, 2019. This building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with tables, lounge chairs, and BBQs, an exclusive gym and yoga area and will offer pet services as well. Not to mention, I heard that they’re accepting all domestic animals of any size- incredible right! Fur babies are family too and I just LOVE the inclusiveness of this. Gone are the days of having to keep your pet on a doggy diet to stay under 12 pounds, ha.
Last night I had the pleasure of getting a first look at their suites and I was impressed. My first question with new buildings is always “what sets you apart?” so I didn’t want to just hear it, I wanted to see it with my own eyes. And honestly, everything I saw and heard made ME want to move into this building. It’s so close to Stampede that you’ll be able to see the fireworks every night and enjoy just as much, or as little, of the festivities as you’d like. No need to worry about long lines waiting on cabs and Ubers, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the grounds.
First street has definitely been an up and coming area over the last few years in Calgary with many different aspects drawing me in. Some of the most popular (and delicious) places to eat and drink are there. It’s a very trendy little area that is home to Ten Foot Henry, Two Penny, and Proof which I’m sure almost all of you have either been to or heard of, because, YUMMM!
Some other selling features I love are the parking and the park it’s on. There’s nothing worse in my opinion than trying to find street parking, and even when you do, worrying about your car getting dinged or broken into. Rest easy knowing your car is safe and protected in The Underwood underground parking. Additionally, this Luxury Rental Building is located right on Haultain Park for those of us who enjoy picnics, walks and throwing a frisbee around on a hot summer day.
These spaces are ideal for any renter who enjoys having all the building (and area) amenities. Single, dating, married, children, with or without pets! Each unit also comes with a washer and dryer which I know not all rental buildings have these days.
